A larger part of our objective to support local communities is our training and apprenticeship scheme. Over the years we have focused upon the training and development of our staff and in particular have employed school leavers and developed them as apprentices.

A larger part of our objective to support local communities is our training and apprenticeship scheme. Over the years we have focused upon the training and development of our staff and in particular have employed school leavers and developed them as apprentices, thus providing our companies with a continuous workforce. Many years ago, we identified what has become a contemporary crisis in the lack of skilled manpower in the industry and took steps to ensure that we developed our own staff.
