Pagabo has appointed Diamond Build Group to its national Medium Works Framework, valued at £1 billion.
Running for four years from January 2023, the framework is split into four Lots with up to nine contractors allocated per region and under each Lot. It succeeds Pagabo’s Medium Works framework which expired in December 2022 and procured more than 150 projects.
The aim is to help public sector bodies procure services that enable them to compliantly deliver construction projects valued at up to £10 million.
Diamond Build Group has been appointed to Lot 1 and Lot 2 covering London, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Sussex and Kent.
Lot 1 is for projects ranging from £50k to £500K and covers services such as refurbishments, maintenance, extensions and new builds. Lot 2 is for larger scale work valued between £500k and £1m, including whole site refurbishments, double/triple room extensions and the construction of facilities such as small sports halls.
John Gray, Chairman of Diamond Build Group, said: “Pagabo’s Medium Works framework is one of its most popular and this latest iteration is set to build on that success. We are looking forward to working collaboratively with public sector clients to deliver industry best practice, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards while creating social value and reducing environmental impact.”
The Education Alliance will be the contacting authority for the new agreement, continuing its role from the former framework.
Diamond Build Group is currently a supplier on 35 public sector frameworks for work ranging from new build projects, property repairs and retrofitting through to passive fire protection.
