Diamond Build Group has secured a place on the South East Consortium (SEC) Internal & External Building Works Framework.
The SEC is a consortium of 52 housing associations and local authorities, which collectively manage 592,000 homes. Split into four Lots and covering the whole of England, its Internal & External Building Works Framework will run for two years.
Diamond Build Group has been selected for Lots 2 and 3 covering works, including external envelope upgrades, the installation of heating systems and electrical services, improvements to kitchens and bathrooms, and replacing windows and doors.
Lot 2 is for contracts between £750,000 and £1,999,999, and Lot 3 for projects ranging from £2m – £4,999,999.
Natalya Tonkins, Director at Diamond Build Group, said: “This appointment reflects our vast experience of the social housing sector which spans more than four decades. With the resources to work across Essex, Greater London, Hertfordshire and Kent, we look forward to helping members of the SEC enhance their properties both internally and externally.”
Diamond Build Group’s appointment means the contractor is now a supplier on a total of 30 frameworks for organisations including SEC, Fusion21 and Prosper.
Diamond Build Group is also a member of the SEC Repairs, Voids & Planned Maintenance Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). The team was awarded Lots 2 and 3 covering works for empty properties and planned capital improvements.
