National procurement organisation Fusion21 has awarded Diamond Build Group a place on its Refurbishment, Construction, New Build and Modular Buildings Framework.
Worth up to £500m over four years, the framework has been developed to support public sector organisations deliver construction programmes for providers in housing, education and healthcare.

The tender process was highly competitive and identified exceptional contractors for Fusion21 members to use for the delivery of a wide range of construction programmes.
“Members accessing this framework will benefit from flexible call-off options, UK-wide coverage, and the option to deliver social value to their communities, aligned to their organisational priorities.”
Diamond Build Group has been appointed to 24 Lots covering London, the South East, and East of England.

This is the third time that Fusion21 has appointed Diamond Build Group to its frameworks. In 2022, Diamond Build was appointed to Fusion21’s £250m framework dedicated to repairs in the social housing sector. The team was selected for two Lots covering empty property repairs and improvements for housing organisations as well as property repairs and improvements driven by housing disrepair legislation.
In 2021, Diamond Fire Safety secured a place on Fusion21’s national Building Safety & Compliance Framework – worth up to £880m over four years.
