Homebuyers have snapped up 12 new homes at Diamond Build Group’s mixed-use development in Stamford Road, Tottenham. The sales follow a launch event of the properties on site, which offered potential buyers the chance to view the development’s first show home and purchase properties off plan.
Spanning 51,000 sq ft, the scheme is being constructed by Diamond Build PLC and is scheduled to be completed later this year. The residential element, named Park North, will offer 48 new homes, including apartments and duplex houses ranging from one to four bedrooms. The majority will be available through the Government’s Help to Buy Scheme.

The Stamford Road development features four blocks ranging from three to six storeys, surrounding a central courtyard. In addition to new homes, the scheme will provide space for Diamond Build Group’s head office at ground level as well as local businesses at affordable rent.
