We are new build contractors with a passion for collaboration, ensuring we work in partnership with our clients to deliver the highest quality projects. Our Skills
We have the skills to deliver new builds of all sizes ranging single storey extensions through to large mixed-use developments. Although we have vast experience of the public sector, we have also been appointed to deliver new build contracts for the private sector, delivering residential construction projects and commercial extensions.
Our team has the expertise to design and build residential units, including social housing and homes for shared ownership and outright sale. We have the knowledge and experience to carry out traditional building work as well as modern methods of construction. For every project, we work in partnership with our clients to develop the most effective solution.

Our Projects
Diamond Build PLC specialises in new build projects ranging from £2m – £20m. Diamond Special Works delivers works up to £2m. Diamond Fire Safety works with our clients to ensure their buildings meet the latest fire safety standards.
Diamond Build PLC is the new build contractor for a £22m mixed-use scheme in Tottenham. The site, which is owned and occupied by Diamond Build Group, was formally an office block, builder’s yard and storage facility. It is now being transformed into a 51,000 sq ft scheme offering 13,000 sq ft of office space and 48 new homes.
Located on the ground floor, 50 per cent of the office accommodation will be used as Diamond Build Group’s new head office with the other half available to local businesses at affordable rent. A mix of one and two-bedroom apartments as well as three-bedroom duplex houses will be built above the office space and available for sale.

We are currently finalising a major residential development, Park
North, which consists of 48 apartments within 4 blocks (two 6 storey
buildings, two 5 storey and a 3 storey block), as well as five two storey
maisonettes, all surrounding a central courtyard.
The properties meet a very high specification / standard of finish and
have been carried out using sustainable materials wherever possible,
for high end environmentally friendly solutions.
The development has also been sustainably designed to maximise
energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions below those required
by Part L of the Building Regulations 2013. Air source heat pumps,
solar panels, green roofs and high-quality insulation were incorporated,
and entrance doors draught proofed. Bird boxes were also installed
along with additional planting to create a light, open feel.
