Our works included the refurbishment of existing retail space to form new youth centre comprising of forming new recording studio, training kitchen, media centre and games area.
The two-storey building, which we returned to its shell and core, was transformed into a dedicated space offering a vast range of activities and a new kitchen and café area.
Our fit out works included new internal walls and doors, the installation of mechanical and electrical services, and a new platform lift. All services were designed to be exposed.
The first of its kind, the Hub is designed as a safe space for young people aged 11-19 (or 11-25 for those with special needs), with the intention of battling knife crime, whilst providing young people with facilities for them to learn and have fun.
